The Supreme Court Junior Court Attendant Selection Process 2024 will include three stages, which are

Stage 1: Written test.

The written test for the Supreme Court Junior Court Attendant selection process has two parts: a General Knowledge test and a cooking/culinary arts test. Both components are objective, with a total score of 100 (30 for General Knowledge and 70 for Culinary Arts). Candidates must achieve at least 60% in each component to advance to the next stage. The test lasts 90 minutes and has no negative grading.

Stage 2: Practical Trade Skills Test in Cooking

Candidates who pass the written test will move on to the Practical Trade Skills Test in Cooking. This stage assesses the candidate’s hands-on cooking skills, confirming they have the essential culinary knowledge for the Junior Court Attendant position. The test carries a weight of 70 points, and performance at this stage is crucial because it directly assesses the practical skills required for the job.

Stage 3: Interview.

The interview is the final stage of the selection process, with a maximum score of 30. During the interview, candidates will be evaluated on their communication skills, personality, and appropriateness for the Junior Court Attendant role. This stage allows candidates to demonstrate their readiness for the post, and the final selection list is based on the cumulative scores from all three stages.
