- The candidates will have to visit the official website of SSC.
- Look for the section which states “ RECRUITMENT OF SUB-INSPECTOR IN DELHI POLICE, CAPFs AND ASSISTANT SUB-INSPECTOR IN CISF EXAMINATION.”

SSC CPO Eligibility 2024
There are certain eligibility parameters for the candidates who are willing to apply for the post of SSC CPO. Apart from being an Indian citizen, the candidates must meet the eligibility criteria. A detailed overview of age limit and educational qualification is given below.
Age Limit
The age of the candidates must fall between 20-25 years. There will be an age relaxation for the reserved categories.
Educational Qualification
The candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University. All candidates must pass the Physical Standard test as per the selection process to be eligible for the appointment of SSC CPO.
SSC CPO Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The recruitment for the post of SSC CPO includes certain stages which the candidates must know to qualify for the position. The stages involved in the selection process are as follows:
- Paper 1 Written Exam: It will comprise of sections with General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge and General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension.
- Physical Endurance Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST): The qualifying candidates will appear for the Physical endurance test.
For Male Candidates
These are the eligibility details which must be met by the male candidates:
- 100 mts. In 16 seconds.
- 1.6 km in 6.5 minutes.
- Long Jump: 3.65m in 3 chances
- High Jump: 1.2m in 3 chances
- Short Put (16lbs): 4.5 m in 3 chances
For Female Candidates
These are the eligibility details which must be met by the female candidates:
- 100 mts race in 18 seconds
- 800 mts race in 4 minutes
- Long Jump: 2.7 m in 3 chances
- High Jump: 0.9 m in 3 chances
- Paper 2 written exam: This examination will consist of English reading and comprehension. The candidates passing the above two stages will be eligible to appear for this round. The candidates will have to attempt a total of 200 questions. There will be negative marking as well.
- Medical Examination: The SSC CPO aspirants will have to pass the medical examination stage to clear all rounds. This will include an eyesight checkup with a sound physical and mental health.
