The official notice is available to candidates who have enrolled to take the next exam via uppbpb.gov.in, the UPPRPB website. In its announcement, the UPPRPB stated that the exam dates had been rescheduled for August 23, 24, 25, 30, and 31 of 2024. Every day, there will be two shifts for the test.Since August 26 is Janmashtami, a break has been included in the schedule. The hiring drive aims to fill 60,244 positions for police constables. According to the notification, “In 2023, Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment will conduct the written exam for direct hiring into Reserve Civil Police positions.
Promotion Board in two shifts on August 23, 24, 25, and August 30, 31 in 2024 as the UP Police Constable Exam date 2024.”
UP Police Constable Exam Overview 2024
The first UP Police Constable exam was taken by over 48 lakh students and was held in four shifts on February 17 and 18, 2024, the scheduled dates of the exam. Nevertheless, on February 24, it had to be canceled due to a question paper leak. The exam will now be rescheduled by the state government, ideally within six months of the original date.
