UPPSC APO Eligibility 2024

The UPPSC APO Eligibility Criteria for 2024 serve as a foundation for aspiring candidates for Assistant Prosecution Officer in Uttar Pradesh. UPPSC APO Age Limit 

According to the UPPSC’s official notification, the applicant must be at least 21 years old and no older than 40 years old as of July 1, 2024. It is vital to note that the applicants must have been born before July 2, 1982, and not after July 1, 2001. The UPPSC also provides age relaxation based on category, which can be seen in the table given below.

UPPSC APO Educational Qualification

  1. Applicants must hold a law degree or a 5-year Integrated LLB Certificate from a recognized university or institute.
  2. Candidates with two years of territorial Army service and an NCC “B” certificate will be given preference.

UPPSC APO Nationality 

According to the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission, applications from Indian nationals will be accepted. Applicants who do not hold Indian citizenship are not eligible for this position.
