NEET UG Re Exam Date 2024
Responding to requests for the NEET UG Re Exam Date, CJI Chandrachud said that there is no doubt that the exam’s integrity was compromised. We are dealing with the careers of 23 lakh students. He also added that the nature of the leak determines its consequences. Cancellation is not possible if the amount is insufficient. Before ordering a retest, NTA must exercise caution. The Court established the criteria for determining the need for a retest.
- Determine whether the claimed breach was widespread.
- Whether the breach compromises the integrity of the exam procedure.
- Is it possible to separate scam beneficiaries from untainted students?
- A retest may be necessary if there is a widespread breach and distinguishing between tainted and untainted candidates is impossible.
