RRB ALP Exam Pattern 2024
The RRB ALP 2024 exam will consist of four exam rounds: (1) Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT), (2) Computer-Based Reasoning (CBT Stage 2) (Part A and Part B), and (3) Document Verification.
CBT 1 Exam Pattern
The RRB ALP CBT 1 exam will consist of 75 questions for 75 marks for all subjects. This will include Mathematics, Mental Ability, General Science, and General Awareness. And the total time allotted for this exam is 60 minutes.

CBT 2 Exam Pattern
Part A and Part B are the two components that make up the RRB ALP CBT tests’ second stage. Math, general science, engineering, basic science, and general intelligence and reasoning are the subjects covered in Part A’s questions. Part B will include questions on Relevant Discipline/Trade, with 75 questions to be answered in 60 minutes. While Part A will consist of 100 questions to be asked in 90 minutes. Only the marks from Part B will be considered qualifying. While the marks from Part A will determine if an applicant moves on to the next round of the selection process. And this will also be taken into account for the final selection.

CBAT Exam Pattern
Based on their results in Part A of the CBT 2 exam, a shortlist of candidates equal to 8 times the number of ALP vacancies for each category will be made for the CBAT round. There won’t be any negative grading in the CBAT round, which will only be offered in Hindi and English. In the event of a final selection, the marks will be determined in a 70:30 ratio. This implies that 30% coming from the CBAT exam and 70% coming from Part A of the CBT 2 exam.

RRB ALP 2024: Qualifying Marks
