NPCIL Stipendiary Trainee Exam Pattern 2024
The NPCIL Stipendiary Trainee syllabus will be administered according to an exam pattern. Moreover, the exam pattern will vary for prelims exam and the advanced test.
NPCIL Stipendiary Trainee Prelims Exam Pattern
The prelims exam will consist of a total of 50 questions. The whole exam will be conducted for a total of 150 marks. The candidates will get a total of 1 hour to finish the exam. Refer to the table below for more details:
The Advanced Test will be conducted for a total of maximum 150 marks. All the candidates who will qualify stage 1 will have to appear for the Stage-2 which is the Advanced test. The test will take place for a total of 02 hours duration. The Test will comprise 50 Multiple Choice Questions (Choice of four answers). This will also include 03 (Three) marks which shall be awarded for each correct answer. and 01 (one) mark shall be deducted for each incorrect answer. Refer to the table below for more details:
Skill Test
The number of candidates who pass the written test will determine how many are shortlisted for the skill test. However, this number will not be more than five times the total number of openings for each post and category. All qualified and eligible candidates will be shortlisted for the skill test. This will happen only, if the number of candidates who pass the written exam will be fewer than 5 times the total number of openings for each job & category. All candidates with the same mark will be shortlisted for the skill test if there are more than 01 individuals who meet the cutoff point. This is during the physical standard exam, document verification, or skill test shortlisting process.
