The FSSAI Computer Based Test (Stage-1) for the Technical Officer and Central Food Safety Officer exams would last one and a half hours. In total, 120 multiple-choice questions will be asked. The exam structure is broken into two parts: Part A and Part B. Part A focuses on general aptitude and computer literacy, while Part B will include questions about functional knowledge.
