FSSAI Assistant Educational Qualification
- Candidates for the recruiting process must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- A bachelor’s degree in any field is sufficient, but the FSSAI may favor individuals with degrees in subjects closely related to food safety and quality control. This could include:
- Food Science & Technology
- Microbiology
- Chemistry
- Biochemistry
- Agriculture
- Dairy Science
FSSAI Assistant Nationality
Candidates must be either:
- An Indian citizen, or
- Must be a Nepalese, Bhutanese, or Tibetan refugee who arrived before January 1, 1962, or a person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or East African countries (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam) and have a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.
