BPSC Mains Syllabus For Hindi Paper
Just a qualifying paper is available for the Hindi portion of the BPSC Mains Exam. For the BPSC Mains Hindi Paper, 30 marks (out of 100) are the minimum required for passing. The Hindi Paper is a qualifying paper, hence the marks you receive there won’t be factored into the final merit list. BPSC Exam Pattern 2024
The BPSC exam pattern 2024 will comprise the marking scheme for two papers: preliminary and mains. The applicant will only be eligible for the positions listed under BPSC Recruitment 2024 if they have successfully completed every step of the BPSC Selection Process and the Document Verification Process. The Papers in general studies address subjects like geography, history, politics, economics, and current events. The focus of mathematics and english is on mathematical aptitude and language competency, respectively.
BPSC Prelims Exam Pattern
The prelims exam will consist of 150 questions. Moreover, each correct response will get you 1 mark. This implies that the whole exam will be for 150 marks. For every wrong response, one-third of a mark will be taken away. The exam will take place for two hours.

BPSC Mains Exam Pattern
The Mains exam will comprise of a total of five papers in the 70th BPSC Mains Exam Pattern. The General Hindi Paper and the Optional Paper are qualifying papers. During the application procedure, candidates may select any one of the 34 optional subjects from the list. The exam will carry 1100 total points. However, as the Hindi and Optional Papers are qualifying, applicants will earn scores out of 900. There will be multiple-choice questions (MCQs) in the Optional Paper. These will be as per the most recent revision of the BPSC Mains Exam Pattern 2024. With the exception of the optional paper, each exam will last three hours and be of a subjective nature.

BPSC Exam Pattern 2024 For Interview Stage
Lastly, the candidates will show up for the BPSC Interview stage. The chosen applicants will next go through the document verification process. The candidate’s general knowledge, character attributes, and job-related skills will be evaluated during the interview. The candidate will go through the document verification process. And, eventually will be hired if they are found to be qualified for selection. There will be 120 marks awarded for this interview.
