Age Limit
- Minimum Age Limit: Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
- Maximum Age Limit: Candidates must not exceed 40 years of age
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in the required discipline from any recognized university . The specific educational qualifications for different posts are as follows:
- Samiksha Adhikari (Account): Bachelor’s degree in commerce with Accountancy from any recognized university. ‘O’ Level certificate in computer application from any recognized institute. Hindi knowledge in Devnagari script .
- Samiksha Adhikari (Hindi): Bachelor’s degree in Hindi Literature or Sanskrit Literature as one of the subjects from any recognized University .
- Samiksha Adhikari (Urdu): Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Literature, Persian Literature, or Urdu Literature as one of the subjects from any recognized University.
- Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari (Account): Bachelor’s degree in commerce with Accountancy from any recognized University. ‘O’ Level certificate in Computer Application from any recognized Institute. Hindi Knowledge in Devnagari Script. U.P. Public Service Commission: Graduate degree in commerce with Accountancy from any recognized University .
- Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari: Bachelor’s degree from any recognized University. “O” Level certificate awarded by the DOEACC Society or an equivalent qualification. Have a minimum speed of twenty-five words per minute in Hindi typewriting. Note: Preference shall be provided to candidates who possess English Typewriting also. U.P. UPPSC RO ARO Mains Exam Pattern
- Candidates who pass the Preliminary exam move on to the Mains exam .
- The Mains exam consists of three papers: General Studies, General Hindi & Drafting, and Hindi Essay .
- Paper 1 (General Studies) has 120 questions and is worth 120 marks. The duration of this paper is 120 minutes .
- Paper 2 (General Hindi & Drafting) has two parts: Conventional and General Vocabulary. The Conventional part has 100 marks and a duration of 150 minutes, while the General Vocabulary part has 60 marks and a duration of 30 minutes .
- Paper 3 (Hindi Essay) has three essay questions and is worth 120 marks. The duration of this paper is 180 minutes .
