The Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) has requested state departments to submit updated plans to fill around 5,000 vacant Group-C vacancies. Although the departments were given a week to react, the Commission has yet to receive the ideas and has issued a reminder. The recruitment is intended for a variety of tasks, including 2,000 Police Constables, 600 Forest Guards, 84 Foresters, 200 Forest Tiger Guards, and around 1,200 Irrigation Department positions such as Sinchpal, Mate, and Stenographer.
“We have asked the departments to send revised proposals for recruitment. A reminder has been issued, and we are following up by phone. When the new offers are received, further action will be taken”, this was stated by the UKSSSC Chairman Ganesh Singh Martolia.
