The Railway Recruitment Board has reopened the application for submitting the RRB Technician Application Form. The candidates can start applying from 2nd October 2024 to 16th October 2024. The vacancies for technicians are open for 18 Categories with 9144 number of vacancies for all over the Indian Railways. After a review in response to increased demand from Workshops & Pus (22 Categories), the number of technician openings has increased to 14298 for 40 Categories.

RRB Technician Application Steps 2024
The application window will be open soon for the RRB Technician Recruitment drive 2024. The aspirants must learn how to apply for the examination. To apply to for the Vacancies for the RRB Technician Recruitment, candidates must follow the steps outlined below:

- Complete the One-Time Profile Registration (OTPR) process.
- On the page that opens, click on New Registration for Direct Recruitment.
- Candidates must provide the following information: Aadhaar details, basic information, address details, educational qualifications, photo, and signature upload.
- Review the information and click Submit.
- You will get a reference ID and it will display on the screen.
- Visit the login page and enter your credentials.

- After a successful payment, a payment reference ID will display.

All the candidates will have to submit the application fee which will differ for some reserved categories. Few of the reserved categories will be exempted from the fee payment. The candidates appearing for the RRB Technician exam firstly will have to register for the RRB Technician position. The online registration will require from the candidates to provide the following necessary details:
