The Odisha Sub-Ordinate Staff Selection Commission decides the eligibility parameters for the TGT Recruitment 2024. The OSSSC TGT Position requires a certain age limit and educational qualification requirements. This uses the following criteria to confirm an applicant’s eligibility.
OSSSC TGT Age Limit
The age range that the OSEPA provided in the notification must be met by applicants. This usually occurs in the range of 21 to 38 years old (as of January 1, 2024). OSSSC TGT Educational Qualification

OSSSC TGT Nationality
According to OSSSC TGT Official Notification, a candidate who is writing the exam must belong to the following nationalities.
- An Indian citizen.
- A subject from Nepal or Bhutan.
- A Tibetan who arrived in India prior to January 1, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling there.
- The candidates migrated from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Ethiopia, Vietnam, and Burma with the purpose of permanently settling in India.
OSSSC TGT Number of Attempts
As long as they meet all other qualifying requirements and are 38 years old. This is as determined by the OSSSC Board, candidates may apply for the OSSSC TGT Job Profile. There is no restriction on the number of attempts.
OSSSC TGT Experience
The OSSSC TGT Eligibility does not require prior experience for application. The candidate must satisfy all the requirements, such as age, educational qualification, nationality, and requisite competency for the position.
