- The candidate’s minimum qualification should be a 10+2 pass or an equivalent qualification as published by CHSE Odisha from time to time, along with computer proficiency.
- The candidate must have the ability to speak, read, and write Odia fluently.
- To be eligible, candidates must have passed a Middle School examination with Odia as a language subject, a Matriculation or equivalent examination with Odia as a medium of examination in a non-language subject, a final examination with Odia as a language subject in Class Vll or above, or a Middle English School Standard test in Odia administered by the School and Mass Education Department.
