Bihar Staff Nurse Exam Pattern 2024
The Bihar Staff Nurse Selection Process includes a written examination and a document verification stage. The exam pattern for the Staff Nurse position comprises four sections: General Awareness, Analytical Ability, Arithmetic, and Nursing-related questions. The written exam is conducted in a computer-based test (CBT) format.
According to the notification from the State Health Society, Bihar, candidates’ selection will be entirely based on their scores in the written examination. Those who score equal to or above the Bihar Staff Nurse Cut Off 2021 will proceed to the document verification stage. Key points regarding the written examination are outlined below:
- The four sections that the candidates must attend are General Awareness, Analytical Ability, Arithmetic, and Nursing-Related Questions.
- The Staff Nurse Exam will consist of objective questions. However, each candidate will only be able to select one choice from the list of alternatives.
- The exam will last two hours, or one hundred and twenty minutes, in total.
- For every right response, there will be one extra mark awarded in accordance with the commission’s chosen marking system. Nevertheless, the negative marking is left out for the candidates’ convenience. It is therefore possible to determine that there won’t be any negative marking.
- Forty percent of the total scores are required to qualify for the General category. However, it is the same for the OBC. For SC/ST/Physically Handicapped/Women is 36.5 and 32% respectively.
