As the SSC CGL Exam is approaching, it has been evaluated that almost 36 lakh aspirants have applied for the SSC CGL exam 2024. The SSC CGL exam is scheduled to take place from 9th September to 26th September, 2024. Due to this, the Staff Selection Commission has issued the admit cards for the Central, North Western and Western regions on August 27, 2024. However, the SSC CGL Admit Card 2024 for the Southern Region, North East Region, Northern Region, Karnataka Kerala Region, Eastern Region, and Madhya Pradesh Region will be available soon. The exact number of candidates expected to appear for the SSC CGL 2024 examination has not been specified yet. However, based on the previous year’s trends and the number of vacancies announced, it is anticipated that a large number of candidates have applied. And according to the organization, more than 36 lakh candidates have applied for the SSC CGL exam this year. More than 17,000 Vacancies Were Announced for the SSC CGL 2024
The vacancies for the post of SSC CGL 2024 Notification were announced for a total of 17, 727 positions to be filled across Group B and C. And according to the evaluation, 36 lakh aspirants have applied for the SSC CGL exam 2024. In 2018 also, almost 26,000 lakh candidates applied to take the SSC CGL exam. However, only 8, 37,000 candidates appeared for the exam. And approximately 10,000 candidates cleared the exam. The SSC CGL notification 2024 was out on June 24, 2024 and candidates applied last till July 27, 2024. The total number of candidates who will appear for the exam and how many of them will qualify is still unpredictable. However, by gauging the details of the previous years, candidates can still form some assumptions.
