MP TET Varg 1 Application Steps
The candidates must know the application process for MP TET Varg 1. It is very crucial to understand the application process. MPPEB conducts the exam online through the official MPPEB website. This is how you will apply for the same:
- Navigate the MPPEB website.
- Search for the link which states, “MP TET Varg 1 exam notification”.
- Once the notification is out, register yourself online by creating login credentials and generate your user account.
- Fill all the details in the online application form carefully. Provide all your details like educational qualifications, subject you wish to apply for, and upload scanned documents.
- Proceed to pay the application fees.

MP TET Varg 1 Eligibility
All the aspirants must follow the eligibility parameters to be selected for the UP TGT post. There are certain age limit and educational qualification eligibility parameters which the candidates must meet:
Age Limit
The candidates must be at least 21 years of age to be considered as eligible.
Educational Qualification
For the post of High School Teacher, they must have a Second Class Master’s Degree/ Post Graduation Degree in the concerned subject and B.Ed or its relevant subject. The candidates must know that for Sanskrit, the minimum qualification will be Acharya Degree in second class from a recognized university in Sanskrit Literature/ Grammar. Also, B.Ed is mandatory for all the aspirants.
MP TET Varg 1 Selection Process
All aspirants must know that to get shortlisted the candidates must qualify the MP TET Varg 1 examination with a minimum qualifying mark requirement. The candidates will not be assessed on a grading system. For more details read below:
- Written Exam: The candidates will first take the written examination to be assessed based on the knowledge of key subjects like Child Development and Pedagogy, Language-I (Hindi), Language-II (English/Sanskrit), and the subject(s) you wish to teach (Social Science/Science/Mathematics). They will need to pass the test with minimum qualifying marks.
- Document Verification: All the qualifying candidates will get a call for document verification. This is to ensure that they meet the eligibility parameters. They must keep the documents ready with them.

MPTET Varg 1 Salary 2024
All the selected candidates for the post of High School teacher in the ‘Madhya Pradesh state will get an entitlement to a monthly salary. The monthly salary will be around INR 36,200 in addition to which will have some perks as well. The allowances include house rent allowance, dearness allowance, pension, etc.
