LIC ADO Vacancies 2024
The vacancies for the Apprentice Development Officer are yet to be announced. However, there is an expected number of vacancies which is 2300 plus positions to be filled with the eligible and selected candidates. LIC ADO Eligibility 2024
The candidates must meet the age limit and educational qualification requirements to be able to apply for the post. They are as follows:
Age Limit
The minimum and maximum age limit of the aspirants must be between 21 and 30 years of age to be eligible for the post. There may be an age relaxation criteria for the reserved categories. As of now, the relaxation for OBC is 3 years and for SC/ST is 5 years in the upper age limit.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited university having a bachelor’s degree in any field. In addition, candidates with a greater knowledge of insurance marketing, Masters in Business Administration, or PG Diploma in Marketing from any institution recognized by the Indian Council of Technical Education would be given consideration.
LIC ADO Selection Process 2024
Candidates must be aware of the LIC ADO recruitment Selection Process 2024 before appearing for the examination. The Selection Process for LIC ADO 2024 examination will consist of four phases. The phrases are given below.
Preliminary Examination
The Preliminary examination will be of a total of 100 marks. Moreover, it will consist of 3 sections which includes Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude and English. All the candidates need to secure minimum qualifying marks to ensure their selection for the Mains Examination.
Mains Examination
The Main Examination will be for a total of 150 marks and it will be in an online mode. Candidates need to obtain the minimum qualifying marks to be eligible for the next phase which is an interview round.
Interview
The last and final stage would be an interview round. The total marks for the round would be 37 (expected). After clearing this round, the Board will publish the final cut-off marks and successful candidates will be notified through email and SMS.
Medical Examination
This is a compulsory stage where qualified candidates need to appear for document verification and medical test. Clearing this round would make them eligible for the Apprentice Development Officers (ADO) post.
LIC ADO Salary 2024
The aspirants who will be selected for the post can expect entitlement to a monthly salary which will include some perks and allowances. The salary will range between INR 31,600 to INR 53, 200. The allowances will include Dearness allowance, house rent allowance, travel allowance and medical allowance etc.
